FALL RECREATIONAL LEAGUE 2009: Jamestown Soccer is hosting its always popular Fall Recreational League for Under 6 through Under 14 Players. Games are held at Lawn Avenue Fields Saturday mornings. Registration is open for ALL Players (including all playing on Competitive Teams) from August 1st to August 21st. SOCCER COACHES NEEDED FOR RECREATIONAL LEAGUE: The heart of Jamestown soccer is the fantastic group of volunteers that support the teams and the players. We need coaches of all abilities to help support the program. Please click the link below to help with the strong program. COMPETITIVE (TRAVEL) LEAGUE 2009: Jamestown is fielding U12 Boys, U12 Girls, U10 Coed, and Fortuna Teams for Fall '09 Super Liga and Tournament play. Super Liga games are held Sunday afternoons. All interested players are welcome and highly encouraged to try out for these teams. Registration is by invitation and under direction from respective coaches after team tryouts. Questions about the U10 and U12 Competitive Teams can be directed to Vin Kirby: v.kirby@verizon.net and questions about the JSA~Fortuna Teams to Emily Shaw at: emily@uri.edu.

The Tryout Session for the Fall Competitive U12 Boys Team coached by Jay Sisson and Jim Simmons AND U10 Coed Team coached by Kyle Froberg will take place Wednesday, August 5th, 2009 from 5:30PM-7:00PM at Eldred Field. The Tryout Session for the Fall Competitive U12 Girls Team coached by Jay Primiano and Julie Kallfelz will take place Thursday, August 6th, 2009 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Eldred Field.

Jamestown Soccer Association is a full service soccer association sanctioned by Soccer Rhode Island and USYSA. We have a Recreational Division, a Referee Program, a Coaches Education and Training Program and a recently expanded Competitive Program that includes boys, girls and co-ed select teams in age groups from U-8 to U-19
