Registration Details:
Registration fee for all players is $75.00, payable by check to "Jamestown Soccer Association". The fee covers team registration fees, referee fees, and all goal, net and equipment and field costs. Following online registration, please mail your printed and signed "Player Information & Medical Release Form" and an up to date 1" x 1" photo, along with your Registration check, to: Julie Westall, 412 Sampan Avenue, Jamestown, RI 02835, email: bandjwestall@aol.com, phone: 423-0295. [A photocopy of a Player's Birth Certificate is only required for new JSA Spring Competitive players, returning players need not send in birth certificates.]
Please note that no players will be allowed to play without the signed Medical Release Form completed. Also, any players whose Registrations are not submitted by December 1, 2008 risk losing their spot on the roster.
The 2009 Super Liga games will occur between April 4th and June 7th. Some teams will enter Tournament play in addition to the regular season. It is anticipated that a number of teams will commence winter training in the coming weeks.
